Executive, Land Lease Private

Job Scope:

• Handle applications and renewals for tenancies and TOLs of State properties
• Manage tenants/licensees, their arrears, appeals and requests during the term of their tenancies and TOLs; these would entail close working with the tenants, licensees and technical agencies such as URA and LTA etc
• Conduct checks on work done by managing agents and liaise with them on marketing and tenancy matters
• Handle the sale of remnant State lands and lands capable of independent development to private entities, lifting of title restrictions arising from change of use and regularisation of titles
• Compile statistics, prepare reports, conduct site inspections, liaison with external parties on general enquiries, feedback and complaints
  

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate
• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Able to work independently

Job Scope:

• Handle the sale of remnant State lands and lands capable of independent development to public entities
• Lift title restrictions arising from change of use and/or increase in intensity
• Handle lease extension and renewal, regularise titles
• Process development applications
• Assist in policy reviews
   

Requirements:

• Diploma in Real Estate with relevant working experience
•  Good interpersonal and communication skills
