PREREQUISTES
- Diploma in Architectural, Building , Civil/Structural Engineering
- Opening for Fresh Graduates
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Exce
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Involve in a customer engagement team to solicit business and project works for the company
- Assist mangement to generate business plans for projects
QUANTITY SURVEYOR
PREREQUISTES
- Diploma in Architectural, Building, Civil/Structural Engineering
- Opening for Fresh Graduates
- Good interpersonal & communication skills
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office and Excel
- Basic knowledge of contract mangement and able to interpret Architectural drawings
PESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparartion of tender documents and costing planning
- To liase with sub-contractors , architects and customers
For both the above two positions, we offer a salary of S$1,700 and above.
