Key Responsibilities:
 
·               Responsible for lease negotiation including securing new leases, committing renewals and preparing tenancy agreements
·               Customer relations management including maintaining good working relationship with tenants and establishing good rapport with agents
 
Requirements:
 
·               A good University Degree in Real Estate, Marketing or related discipline
·               At least 3 years of relevant experience in marketing and leasing of commercial/industrial properties
·               Excellent communication skills and able to work in a team environment
·               Candidate with extensive experience will be appointed at higher level
