Mike Shak is currently managing a HDB neighbourhood shopping centre. He gave an interactive lecture to the FMB and REB students for the module of Property Management.
 Speaking on the job scope of property management, the topics discussed were varied and diverse. These included managing concourse space as part of property asset management, managing encroachment issues for safety & security management, managing events for festive seasons and shopping centre promotions.
In addition, he also spoke on client relationship management, managing of contractors, security guards and technical personnel. |

| Agency Practices & Real Estate Marketing (20 July 2006) | |

Alan Toh, Division Director, Real Estate Division of Hersing Corporation Ltd took time off his busy work schedule to deliver a lecture to the REB students in the module of Agency Practices & Real Estate Marketing.
Speaking on the job scope of a marketeer, the topics included marketing of professional services, the matching of properties with the needs of purchasers, securing of property listing, project marketing for real estate developers.
He also shared his personal experience in carving out a career in the real estate market. He gave credits to our diploma which is recognized by the Inland Revenue Authority of Singapore for the issuing of a House Agent’s Licence. |
