TheLoft@94, located at Kismis Avenue is a chalet-styled student accommodation. Modern and tastefully decorated, this 40-unit apartment can be used to house students participating in leadership camps and outreach programmes.


The Apartments

The newly furnished apartments are tastefully decorated and have incorporated with the latest modern conveniences. Each fully-conditioned unit comprises of three bedrooms, a living room with two sofa beds, and a kitchen. Large and spacious, the apartments can sleep 8 comfortably.


Lounge Area

Furnished with two sofa beds and a coffee table, this area is both comfortable and spacious. Suitable for group discussions and relaxation.


Kitchen

It comes fully equipped with fridge-freezer, a kitchen counter that can sit 4 and a microwave oven.


Bedrooms and Bathrooms

Each apartment is fitted with 1 master bedroom with an attached bathroom, 2 bedrooms and a common bathroom. Sofa beds are also available at the Lounge area, providing adequate rooming facilities to house 8 persons. The apartment comes fully-airconditioned.
