LSCT graduate awarded a PSC Scholarship (21/7/2007) Denise Tan (BIO 2007) is the first polytechnic graduate to receive a Singapore Government Scholarship (Open) awarded by the Public Service Commission. PSC (Open) Scholarship holders can decide on a which ministry they wish to join after they graduate.
