"From the quiz, it had given me an overview of what basic money management and financial planning are. Knowing one's spending within credit limit is very important. One should try not to spend "future money" as money it could be needed to tide over certain events that may happen later on in life. Paying credit card bills promptly would help to maintain a good credit history for future loan or credit application. The quiz had also made me aware of certain aspects of financial planning such as bank accounts that under the Deposit Insurance Scheme are insured for up to $20,000; investment tips - have a diverse investment to spread risk; knowing the kinds of personal insurance available and more. All in all, the financial literacy quiz had helped to reinforce certain ideas which I already have on money management and I thought that the quiz was rather comprehensive in bringing the gist of financial literacy." | | | | Talk@Mural Area, Lifestyle Library Title : Mobile Communication in Japan Date : 26 Nov 2010 Organiser : School of Interdisciplinary Studies
