For Staff
Staff with official needs may request for titles that are not in NP Library but available in other local libraries. The waiting time is between 3 to 5 working days. You can make your request at the Reference Counter or email your request to lib_ref@np.edu.sg .

For Students
Students will be referred to the library which holds the book.  Please obtain a referral letter from the Reference Counter before making a trip to another Library. This is to ensure that you will be granted entry into the library and a reasonable level of service is given to meet your immediate needs.
