Staff

Loan limit: 40

Feature Films 3 for 5 days

FMS and Chapman lecturers: 10 for 14 days
50 cents per day
Music CDs 5 for 14 days 10 cents per day

All other resources are for use on the premises only.
6 renewals are permitted except for Recommended Books Collection (RBC) and Feature Films.
Fine limit for staff is $20. Staff will be debarred from borrowing once this limit is reached unless the fine is cleared.
 6 reservations are permitted for Feature Films.
Overall reservation limit is 70.


All library loans are subject to recall, if required by another user. Staff and external members will receive a recall notice with the date due for the item reduced to 2 weeks. This new due date will supersede the previous date reflected at the time of loan. Item must be returned by the date due given on the recall notice. Fines will be imposed if not returned by the stipulated date.

An item with a reservation queue at the point of issue will automatically be given a 2 weeks loan period.

# M18 movies - Students who are at least 18 years of age are to complete an Undertaking for Viewing of M18 Feature Films 
Form. Viewing is confined to library premises and at designated areas.

RA movies - Students are to complete 2 Forms as follows:
1) Extension of Loan Privileges for Students Form with lecturer's endorsement.
2) Undertaking for Viewing of RA Films in Teaching Room Form.
Viewing of RA titles is confined to library premises and at designated areas.


All other resources are for use on the premises only.

    Feature Films (FF) & collections with minutes loans.
