All students and staff of Ngee Ann Polytechnic are automatically members of the Library. The Library is also open to external members under subscription membership schemes or privileged membership.

Non-members are not permitted to use the Library. Visitors are expected to register for library access at the Circulation Counter.

How to join?
Find out more information on the type of membership. Link to the pdf copies of the downloadable forms are provided.
Print the Forms and return them to the Circulation Counter at the Library OR send the Form to the Library.
Instructions are provided on each of the Form.

Six renewals are permitted on any titles. Fine limit is $20 for staff and $5 for students.
Users will be debarred from borrowing once the limit is reached unless the fine is cleared.
