Alerts for Articles
Alerts keep you up-to-date with new articles and journals on the topics that you have set as your profile. Users need to register for the service, create a search strategy or personal profile . The alert services will automatically send e-mail notifications on new articles and journals that match the requestor’s search profile via e-mail.

EBSCO provides an email alert service that allows users to keep abreast of new articles by or in specified journals. Alerts can be set to run automatically on a regular basis (daily, weekly, monthly, etc). Alerts can be set-up for the following databases:
a) Academic Search Premier
b) Business Source Premier
c) CINAHL
d) Computer Source
e) Education Research Complete

Hirewire Press
HighWire Press provides free full-text articles on multidisciplinary topics. This database allows users to create journal and article alerts.

Google Alerts
Google Alerts are email updates of the latest relevant websites, news etc. based the users’ search topics. Users can set up Google alerts for news related to your favorite topics, and have the results automatically delivered to your inbox.
Ovid Database
Ovid® Saved Searches/Alerts feature allows searches to be saved and set up as weekly, biweekly, or monthly email alerts.
