ProQolid: The project of a Quality of Life Instruments Database (QOLID) was initiated by Mapi Research Institute to provide all those involved in health care evaluation with a comprehensive and unique source of information on PRO and QOL measures available through the Internet.

ProQuest Digital Dissertations: A database for doctoral dissertations and master's theses from UMI. The database represents the work of authors from over 1,000 North American graduate schools and European universities. Some 47,000 new dissertations and 12,000 new theses are added to the database each year. Free "guest" access privileges allow users to search citations and abstracts for all titles in 1998 and 1999. Only institutional subscribers have access to the entire database.

PubMed: National Library of Medicine (NLM). Provides access to over 12 million MEDLINE citations back to the mid-1960's and additional life science journals. PubMed includes links to many sites providing full text articles and other related resources.

Superconductivity Papers Database: Nanoelectronics Research Institute, Energy Electronics Institute, Correlated Electron Research Center, Japan. Covers mostly the articles on superconductivity appeared after the advent (1987) of the high Tc in 20 - 50 scientific journals including review papers. In the field of organic conductors, literatures are traced back to the era of TTF-TCNQ (in the 1970s). Total number of articles at present amounts to 64,000 (Dec 2002).
