Eisenhower National Clearinghouse: U.S. Department of Education. A searchable database of materials included are instructional or professional development resources for teaching materials for K-12 math and science. Types of materials include: curriculum programs, videotapes, CD-ROMs, workbooks, games, journal articles, workshop materials, textbooks, children's literature, web sites, calculators and probeware, manipulatives, lesson plans, lab manuals, and kits.

The Exploratorium: A museum of Science, Art and Human Perception. "A collage of 650 interactive exhibits. It provides access to, and information about, science, nature, art and technology. It was founded in 1969 by noted physicist and educator Dr. Frank Oppenheimer, who devoted his efforts to it -- and was its director -- until his death in 1985. Dr. Goery Delacote, a renowned French scientist, science educator and public servant, was named executive director of the Exploratorium in February 1991"

Paradigm Online Writing Assistant: Professor Chuck Guilford of Boise state University. Aids writers in a different way from well-known Online Writing Labs (OWLs), such as Purdue University's, in that it concentrates on helping students think about how to conceive a writing project instead of giving nuts and bolts aids on grammar and style. This site contains sections on discovering what to write, organizing, revising and editing your writing, various types of essays, including thesis/support, argumentative, exploratory, and informal, and documenting sources. Each section is accompanied by activities to help students to incorporate the concepts.
