On Monday, 9 November 2009, 137 Level 3 Ngee Ann Polytechnic (NP) students doing the 'World Issues: A Singapore Perspective (WISP)' module and 74 students from The Christiera Programme (TCP) had the opportunity to meet the Minister for Law and 2nd Minister for Home Affairs, Mr K Shanmugam.
This dialogue was part of a regular series of dialogue sessions with government leaders organised jointly by the Ministry of Education’s National Education (MOE's NE) Branch and The School of Interdisciplinary Studies (IS) in Ngee Ann Polytechnic.
The topic for discussion, along with other current issues, was 'Social and Religious Harmony'.
