Our collaboration with the Ministry of Foreign Affairs on the Initiative for Asean Integration resulted in a highly successful series of short-term training courses in English communication skills for government officials in Laos and Cambodia. These courses allowed IS to fly the Singapore flag high in these countries, and to contribute to capacity building and developing the national human resources of Asean countries.
