1. When is the deadline for withdrawal from the EP programme and how do I withdraw?
The deadline for the withdrawal from the EP programme is the end of the third week of the semester. You are required to fill an Application for Withdrawal of the Foreign Language Enhancement Programme at the IS office at Block 53, Level 5.
2. Will I be refunded the course fees upon the withdrawal from the EP programme?
You can expect to receive a refund if you withdraw from the programme with valid reasons during the first three (3) weeks of the semester. There will be no refund for withdrawals made after the third week of the semester.
3. How will I know the result of my withdrawal from the EP programme?
You will be notified of the result of their withdrawal from the EP programme through an e-mail sent to your NP student account.
4. How soon can I expect to receive my refund?
Refunds, if any, will be made within 4 – 5 weeks upon the submission of your withdrawal application. It will be credited into the GIRO account which you have authorized for all transactions with the Polytechnic.
5. How can I check if the GIRO payment has been made for the refund of my course fees?
