The morning on 30Jul2011 (Saturday) at SOTA was another proud moment of eleven (11) NP students, their parents and their lecturers - Chin Seng, Jim, William and Angela.   The students received the prestigious IDA National Infocomm Scholarship (NIS) and Integrated Infocomm Scholarship (IIS) from MICA Minister - Dr Yaacob Ibrahim.

NP alumnus, Koh Lin Xin (Diploma in Network Systems & Security, Silver Medalist, Class of 2011) received the IDA NIS to pursue his Degree in Information Systems Engineering at Imperial College.  With this scholarship, Lin Xin will be groomed to become an infocomm leader.

Ten (10) NP students received the IDA IIS to pursue their polytechnic studies in digital media and infocomm-related courses.  With these scholarships, they will be further motivated to excel, carve a niche and make a difference in the infocomm arena.
