Established in 2005, the School of Health Sciences is a new school offering the Diploma in Health Sciences (Nursing) (HSN). This course is aimed at preparing students to function competently as registered nurses. Students will assess, manage and prevent problems related to health and illnesses. In 2009, the Diploma in Optometry was introduced. The courses, which include lectures, tutorials and clinical laboratories, are conducted at Ngee Ann Polytechnic. They will be equipped to apply the knowledge gained in nursing, biological and behavioural sciences to nursing practice. (read more)
