June 2007 My mother was in Ward XX from 8th June to 22nd June recovering from her 'stroke'. During this period, 2 of your students attended to her. I would like to put on record our appreciation for their attentive care
and concern for my mother during her stay in the ward. They were always helpful and ready for any request put on them. I am sure they will become dedicated nurses and a fitting example of your institutions exemplary training. Best Regards

Tan Tock Seng Hospital in Ang Mo Kio 15 September 2006 I would like to commend, congratulate and compliment the wonderful work you have done instilling the knowledge, discipline and more so, the passion of nursing to the students who interned at Wardx x Rehab.. I was a patient at this hospital for a period of 4 weeks recently, and was privileged enough to have experienced the attentive care and generous friendship these students have showered upon me in addition to the kind attention I received from the regular medical staff. Although these 1st year nursing students may lack practical clinical experience, they certainly made up in enthusiasm, youth and more importantly the compassion in caring. The youthful and cheerful disposition these young adults possessed also brought some cheer to the patients in this ward. These internships are very relevant to their training curriculum and I think the frequency should increase or perhaps in a manner of longer internships to help elevate the industry wide shortage of medical professionals, as you may be aware. I am assured and confident that these group of fine individuals will almost certain to graduate with the wisdom and skills you will impart to them to be competent professionals providing a vital service to this community and beyond.
