Cyber Wellness: An Offline Approach to an Online Generation This workshop studies the psyche of today's youth and examines the correlation behind their cyber behaviour of and their day-to-day lives. Over two sessions, you will cover the ways through which your students connect to the Internet (via blogs and online portals, etc.) and study issues such as Internet addiction and pornography. You will be equipped with tools to promote Internet safety and help students who face cyber issues. Neuro Linguistic Programming This will answer questions such as, “What causes me to react so differently from someone else in the same situation?” and “Why is it that my learning style is so different from others?” Exploring NLP concepts, you will be able to achieve better performances in all aspects of life.
Understanding Juvenile Delinquency This workshop will shed light on why young people choose to engage in illegal and socially undesirable behaviour ranging from theft to drug use and sexual addiction. This theoretical foundation will then be enhanced with practical knowledge on governmental and non-governmental approaches to prevention, intervention and rehabilitation. |
