Plan to head to university? You’re well on your way with a poly diploma! Did you know that 63 per cent of Ngee Ann grads pursue a degree within five years of graduation, while 52 per cent do so right after graduation or National Service?

Local universities are now setting aside more places than ever for poly grads, because polys are well-known for providing a rigorous education. Many Ngee Ann graduates enjoy advanced standing or module exemptions for degree courses at NTU, NUS and SMU.

And here’s a bonus: You’ll find no problems adjusting if you choose to pursue a degree outside of your core discipline. For example, our engineering grads have been known to switch to studying arts & social science or business at university!

If going abroad to study is your dream, you’ll be glad to know that many overseas universities give our graduates exemptions and advanced standing of up to two years. Many of our alumni have gone on to pursue post-grad degree programmes at prestigious institutions like John Hopkins University, Imperial College and Stanford University!
