As a Management Support Officer, you will provide executive support to coordinate and support key Course Administration functions for the CET Academy. Reporting to the Programme Manager, you will:
- Manage course administration work, including handling related academic processes & to ensure accuracy
- Liaise with internal & external stakeholders on matters pertaining to course administration
- Support the Programme Manager on all finance-related matters such as student finance, billing, programme & project costing
- Manage & maintain accurate & timely statistics & reports of all courses administered
- Coordinate, collate & prepare reports for funding &/or management purposes
- Respond to all enquiries from the public via the counter, phone & email
Pre-requisites:
- A Polytechnic Diploma in any discipline
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Applications
- High level of initiative, possess positive attitude & teamwork-oriented
- Meticulous with good attention to detail, able to multi-task & work with minimal supervision
- Good customer service, organisational, communication & interpersonal skills
- Prior work experience in course administration will be an advantage

You will be involved in the provisioning of relevant IT solutions to support and enhance the Polytechnic’s PeopleSoft Campus Solutions System. You will be required to:
- Gather, analyse, design, program, test, deploy & maintain user requirements

You will conceptualise and design web and print collateral for Ngee Ann Polytechnic. You are required to:
- Produce creative design concepts & visual effects that drives the Polytechnic's branding
- Build dynamic websites with user-friendly site navigation, information architecture & layout
- Develop websites using technologies that conform to international web standards
- Maintain & update existing websites
- Develop concepts & create design artworks for print collateral such as newsletters, posters, postcards, pamphlets, banners, logos
Pre-requisites:
- A Polytechnic Diploma in Art, Design or other related studies, with at least 2 years' web developing & design experience
- Strong knowledge of the Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, Flash, inDesign, Dreamweaver)
- Proficient in HTML/CSS/JS chops & ActionScript will be an advantage

You will provide administrative support in a wide spectrum of processes and activities in the Mechanical Engineering Division. - Assisting in general office administration which includes front-line customer service, minutes recording and support for Polytechnic and School events
