Career Talks
With the range of diploma courses available, how do secondary schools students decide which course to take? It can be mind-boggling for your students with many burning questions about their future.
At HMS, we are pleased to offer career talks to share how our courses can bring your students to places and a world of opportunities! Our lecturers will provide information on job prospects and give insights on the various industries. We will also be glad to answer your students’ questions.

Based on their work experiences, lecturer(s) will provide a glimpse of working in the field and catering to the diverse needs in the population. Dialogue in the Dark, Singapore Dialogue in the Dark, Singapore is a journey through darkened simulation rooms. Students will be led by blind guides through a “park”, “river cruise” and “housing estate” in complete darkness. Through the experiential and tactile journey, they will learn about social cohesion and community inclusiveness. They will leave with greater social awareness of the disabled and the diverse populations around them. Paid tour.

Fun With Puppets Students will learn to stage a simple puppet show and apply the skills learnt to other creative projects. Advanced Elective Modules (AEMs)Advanced Elective Modules (AEMs) are 40-hour courses in applied topics conducted by NP’s lecturers. Geared towards enhancing the learning experience of students, AEMs feature a higher practical component and more group projects than what students will usually learn from schools.
Fundamentals Of Contemporary Chinese Music
Having covered the fundamentals of Contemporary Chinese Music, students will gain an appreciation of lyrical composition and find out about popular music composition, song writing and production.
Psychology in Everyday Life
Students will be introduced to general topics in psychology through fun-filled activities including workshops, visits and field trips
