The HMS Society was founded in 2006 primarily for the development of students outside the academic scope. It also aims to inculcate a spirit of sharing and compassion through community projects. The society hopes to achieve cohesiveness of students in the programmes offered by the school through activities such as games, excursions and camps, thus affirming a concrete HMS identity.

The society is managed by 15 student leaders from the various programmes.
