- our work for important clients, sometimes for prestigious international audiences, eg. our work screened for the World Bank or APEC meetings.
To achieve this, and to give our students a realistic feel of the dynamic
and demanding media industry that our faculty hail from, we make
no apologies for seriously stretching our students mentally and physically.
FMS Melaka Leadership & Bonding Camp

The FMS Leadership Camp September 2011 was a blast! Through training and activities, the students learnt valuable leadership skills, realised the importance of teamwork and made new friends. It was a fruitful trip!

FMS' Next Fresh Face
The Top 8 Finalists Announced

The competition was announced and started calling for entries from early April, and by the closing date of 26th April, we've received smashing number of 63 entries (considering the total FMS Population!). From then top 15 were selected and had a photoshoot at M:idea.
Now its time to narrow down to the top 8!
The FMS Next Fresh Face top finalists were announced and here are the selected top 6 from the panel of judges:
And for the people's choice, were based on the votes from our competition on Facebook. And this kind of competitions have the tendency to have dramas and FMS Next Fresh Face is no exception! (Check out on our
facebook page for the details of the drama) Anyway, instead of having one, we now announce two peoples choice winners!!
Congratulations to Adzreen, Cory, Ming Yang Khong, Rebecca, Rio, Sherri Lee, Yoko Seko and Nicholas Yeam for making to the top 8. All the top 8 will have a special photoshoot with the clothes sponsored by Victoria Jomo, and from then the ultimate FMS' Next Fresh Face will be selected!

FMS Bowling Nite

FMS had our Bowling Event organized by the students from FMS Society Executive Members. It was a fun filled event where students and staff had a chance to mingle and get to know one another better. The event was a big success and congratulations to the winning teams.
FMS's won the Dance 4 Fun(d) Event - Apr 22, 2010
FMS Mass Dance Group led by Joshua Simon won the NP Dance 4 Fun(d) event. They also won the best choreography award on top of the first prize. The dance video was also featured on Stomp (youthphoria) website. Congratulations to team FMS.

FMS Club Rainbow Charity Event - Oct 2009
For this event, the FMSS Student Leaders went to the Club Rainbow Charity to teach and guide them in making their own Chimes. With this event, our FMS students shared with the young children a new knowledge and skills. Giving them a chance to actually showcase their talent despite their ability level.
The event was fun and a very fulfilling experience for all student volunteers.
