Last year, the COP for DVFX was 15 and that of MCM was 11. FSV did not have a COP then as this will be the first year it is being offered via the JAE exercise. In 2008, the COPs of DVFX, FSV and MCM are 15, 11 and 10.
The important thing about the COP for FMS is that we have admitted students with much higher aggregates than the COP as we take them in through the JPSAE exercise. This allows us to handpick some students who may not have had stellar 'O' level results, but who have the passion, the skills, special talent and aptitude to go far in our industry.
At any rate, do apply for the course as your first choice both for JAE and JPSAE if you really want it. COP varies from year to year depending on the academic profile and preferences of each cohort. As long as you meet the minimum requirements, you are encouraged to apply.
