In general, applicants holding foreign qualifications where the medium of instruction is not English will not eligible for MCM, FSV, DVFX. Applicants holding foreign qualifications must have sat for an English subject that is the GCE ‘O’ Level English equivalent (i.e., Bahasa English 1119 is offered under the SPM and STPM).
