The first session Dialogue and Networking Session for 2008 was held on 24th January and students enjoyed the session with serial entrepreneur – Mr Lim Kim Hai. Mr Lim left the civil service to start his own businesses after a period of 10 years as a Defense Specialist Engineer.

Mr. Lim has since successfully built a portfolio of businesses spanning many industries. He is the Chairman of a biomedical company Lynk Biotechnologies Private Limited which has developed a revolutionary platform for transdermal delivery of water-soluble drugs and also Chairman of WooWorld Private Limited which is a supplier of online and mobile games to telcos in China, Japan and South East Asia.

Mr. Lim is also a Director in a medical supply company specializing in providing advanced medical systems to hospitals. Mr. Lim is also the Executive Chairman of Regional Express Airline, a post he held since 27 June 2003.
