Limitbreakers - Winner of Mystery Shopper Audit July 2007
In June 2007, Cheers conducted a first mystery shopper audit for all their stores in Singapore. The stores were graded in the areas of house-keeping, customer service, stock availability, merchandising and the layout of the stock.
Having this mystery shopper audit allowed the SMT to challenge themselves. Everyday, they relentlessly ensured that the floors and shelves had been cleaned and drinks and food items promptly replenished so as to ensure that their customers were able to purchase their desired items without much effort. It became second nature for the team members to greet their customers with a smile before a transaction and to wish them a good day at the end.
Ngee Ann Polytechnic congratulates its student members for their proud win for their branch to be ranked first among all other stores for the July 2007 mystery shopper audit.
