From dazzling Marina Bay to Jurong Gateway, Singapore’s biggest upcoming suburban commercial hub, to upmarket Sentosa Cove... Singapore’s real estate industry is abuzz with excitement and there has never been a better time to be in it.
Yet, to have a good grasp of this dynamic industry, you will need knowledge across many disciplines. And that’s where we come in. With Ngee Ann’s Diploma in Real Estate Business (REB), you will be trained in both the business and management aspects of real estate. You will learn to plan, develop, manage, value, market, finance and invest in real estate projects. You will also gain the knowledge needed to create, market and manage shopping centres, office developments, integrated resorts, theme parks, condominiums, offices and retail properties. Through field trips and study tours, you will explore the dynamic property market in Singapore. You can expect to get up close with property gurus who will share with you their industry insights. To further hone your skills in the real world, you will go on a six-month internship or take up an industry-based project.
You can then round up your unique REB education with overseas training stints in major cities such as Shanghai, Hong Kong and Melbourne! |
