| | Operation Description
Coreless induction furnace has Copper coils to produce heat by induction which can reach a temperature of 1550oC for stainless steel casting.
Cooling of the Coils are ensured by circulating cooling water which remains at 40 - 45o C.
Faster Melting of the materials in the pot by the heat produced
Oil & Gas fired crucible furnace is not suitable for Stainless Steel Casting because the Temperature is too low.
