The Marine & Offshore Technology Centre of Innovation is a joint initiative by SPRING Singapore and Ngee Ann Polytechnic. A sum of S$5.5 million has been invested in the set-up of a dedicated team with strong expertise in marine and mechanical engineering, as well as the state-of-the-art processing and development equipment. It is funded under SPRING's S$150 million Technology Innovation Programme (TIP) which seeks to encourage local enterprises to grow their businesses by adopting technology to create high value products and compete effectively in the global marketplace.
