MOT For demonstration of projects. Register at counter before 1.30pm.
Project 1 : Removal of Paint and Rust with Laser A handheld device with a laser scanner, similar to a blasting gun, could be used to remove paint and rust from steel plate. Project 2 : Cylinder Liner Inspection and Wear Monitoring A device consisting of cameras and laser displacement sensors is used to measure the diameter and inspect the surface of cylinder liner.
Project 3 : RFID Monitoring of Restricted Access Area It uses range and angular information of passive RFID tag to detect worker moving in or out of restricted area.
