Students are liable to pay fees at the commencement of each semester.

For Example

The due date for fee payment is on 26 November 2007 based on the October 2007 Semester fee voucher. Fee vouchers for the October 2007 Semester have been dispatched by post.

For fees not paid by the due date, 26 November 2007, a late fee of $30 will be imposed.

The Polytechnic will issue a 2nd due date after 26 November 2007, for all unpaid fees. If payments are still not received by the 2nd due date, a higher late fee of $60 will be imposed

A final Reminder will be issued if fees remain outstanding after the 2nd due date. Students with outstanding fees after the due date given in the final Reminder will be withdrawn from the course.

Re-admission to the course in subsequent semesters is subjected to available vacancies and full settlement of any unpaid fees.

Students are advised to make fee payment promptly.
