UTAP (Union Training Assistance Programme) is a training benefit for NTUC union members to encourage more to upgrade their skills. NTUC members enjoy 50% unfunded course fees support capped at $250/year. Conditions apply.

Self-sponsored applicants pay full fees to NP and submit UTAP application directly to NTUC before course starts or no later than 6 months from course end date inclusive of exams etc.
