HOW DO I PAY MY FEES AND WHERE DO I MAKE PAYMENT?

All applications must be accompanied by fee payment.
- WSQ Workplace Safety & Health (WSH) Courses - Full course fee only payable upon acceptance into course 
- Short Courses / Certificate Courses / Other WSQ Courses  - Full course fee payment
- Part-Time/Specialist/Advanced Diploma Courses - $7.00 application fee payment (non-refundable)

For payment DURING OFFICE HOURS ( Mon - Fri, 9am - 5pm)
NETS / CHEQUE payment (together with fee voucher) available @ the

For Cheque Payment 
Cheques should be crossed and made payable to NGEE ANN POLYTECHNIC   (unless otherwise stated). Separate cheques should be made for different courses. Please state your name, NRIC number, Student ID (where applicable), your contact number and the course you are paying for.

For e-Payment
Applicants for the part-time, specialist and advanced diploma courses can also pay the $7 application fee via e-payment. For more information on e-payment, click here .

Online Credit / Debit Card payment for fees is now available **

For Payment by S.A.M. (Self-Service Automated Machine)
Part-Time, Specialist and Advanced  Diploma students may pay their fees via S.A.M.

Late Payment Fee
For Part-time, Specialist & Advanced Diploma courses, e ffective from the October 2007 semester, students who have outstanding fees will pay additional late fees of $30 and $60 respectively after the 1st and 2nd due dates.

Students who have not paid their fees by the mid-term break (Week 10) will be withdrawn from the course. Reinstatement to the course in subsequent semesters is subject to available vacancies.
