 How to Apply 

 FOR PART-TIME, SPECIALIST & ADVANCED DIPLOMA APPLICANTS

How to apply?

•   Participants can apply via the On-Line Course Application System.

What happens after I send in my application form?

•   Please ensure that you have submitted your supporting/required documents to avoid any delay in the processing of your applications.

•   If the documentation is in a language other than English, an official certified translation must be provided. Failure to do so will result in delays in the application processing.

•   All applications will be processed and successful applicants will be notified by post and sent an enrolment package at a later date.

•  You will be informed when you would have to register as a student with the Polytechnic (during the stipulated period) and pay your fees.

•  You will be informed when you can collect your student card and email account.

•  NB: Only successful applicants will be notified 1 month after the Application Closing Date.

•   Participants can apply via the On-Line Course Application System.(Click here to Apply)

What happens after I fill in the Online Application Form?

•  Payment has to be made upon application of course, for information on payment please visit this website.
•   For courses with entry requirements, please submit a photocopy of all academic transcripts and other supporting documents relevant to the course that you are applying for.
•   If the documentation is in a language other than English, notary certified true copies are requiried.
•   The photocopies of these documents will be subjected to verification at the point of submission.
•   A letter of acceptance will be sent to you via email after your application has been processed.
•   Applications without fee payment and/or required documents will not be processed.
•   All applicants will be notified via email.
