The following activities are conducted upon request by schools and subject to availability of staff and venues. A fee may be charged for some programmes.

National Accounting Quiz – 20, 21, 22 July 2010
This popular annual competition has students strategising and pitting their accounting acumen against each other to win. Supporters, too, will get to test their accounting knowledge in a fun and lively atmosphere. Click here for details.
National Youth Business Challenge – 3 & 4 July 2010
In this competition, student teams will generate earth friendly business concepts and ideas. Student teams in the finals will have the opportunity to market their earth business for 2 days, over the weekend in the Causeway Point Shopping Centre in Woodlands. A half-day workshop to understand the fundamentals of money management, budgeting, spending and saving.
My Tax Adventure @NP
A half-day workshop to explore Singapore’s tax system and discover basic concepts of taxation.
Introduction to M.Y.O.B.
A half-day laboratory session on using this software to record journal transactions and prepare simple financial statements.
DIAL (Discover Accounting as a Life skill)
A 1-hour laboratory session cum talk on basic budgeting concepts.
Financial Reporting Over the Web
A 1.5-hour talk on using XBRL (Extensible Business Reporting Language) for financial reporting on the Web.
Entrepreneurship Alliances Programme
This 1-day workshop is designed to cultivate the spirit of entrepreneurship in students and provide assistance to secondary schools to set up their own entrepreneurship clubs. There is a follow-up mentorship for 2 months, each session lasting 2 hours weekly.
Spotting $$ Opportunities
Students will learn how to generate business ideas by turning opportunities into feasible businesses after attending this 1.5-hour talk cum workshop. They will learn different idea generation techniques, creativity and innovation.
Branding Yourself
Participants acquire simple branding and marketing principles and learn how to apply these concepts to more effectively market themselves. Participants will learn how to 'package' themselves to project their desired images to their friends, parents, teachers and future employers.
Dealing with Strangers
This talk cum workshop gives an overview on the importance of understanding non-verbal behavior and also addresses some of the ways to develop cross-cultural literacy. Participants will learn why people often perceive and react differently to common issues. Often, the root cause of this can be traced back to cultural differences.

A 3-hour workshop on applying diverse IT teaching methods with focus on E-learning, Problem-Based Learning and Service Learning.
Anthropology in Education
A 2-hour workshop for teachers conducted by lecturers from the Tourism & Resort Management course on a pedagogical approach that enhances students' learning through the art of observation.
