The T3M is a two-year programme that aims to provide skills training and upgrading opportunities for Singaporeans and Singapore Permanent Residents to build up a pool of technology transfer professionals who are proficient to manage Intellectual Property (IP) matters; commercialise technology and research; and are savvy technopreneurs. It is a new initiative to train and equip Professionals, Managers, and Engineers (PMEs) with relevant knowledge and skills in the field of technology transfer.
This traineeship is organized by Exploit Technologies, and funded by the Workforce Development Agency (WDA) under the Professional Skills Programme (PSP) and the Agency for Science, Technology and Research (A*STAR)
.
The T3M targets the following groups of candidates.
•
Fresh graduates from universities or polytechnics in the disciplines of Science, Engineering, IT, Computing, and Law.
•
Mid-level professionals with working experience in research, technology or legal industry and are keen to pursue a career involving management and commercialisation of translational research and technology.
There will be a joint press release by Exploit Technologies and WDA sometime next week
and a tea session for interested candidates at Biopolis to share more about the programme and the career prospect in Technology Transfer Management. Interested candidates can also submit their application forms at the tea session.
