Instructions

All entry forms must reach us by 11 October 2010, Monday before 5pm.

Please ensured that FULL names of participants and correct spelling of all details are given as certificate of participation will be issued. If you need to make any amendment after submitting, please use our amendment form and email us at np_alpha@np.edu.sg before 22 October 2010, Friday .

**Each participant is only allowed to participate in one (1) team within the same category.**

Each team must consists of at least two (2) members.

Please do not repeat your Micromouse name even for different category to avoid any confusion. Please remind that each micromouse can only participate in one (1) event.

Please be informed that there will NO confirmation email or letter. All entries received will be updated on our entries list. If you didn't see your entries on the list within 3 working days, please email us immediately at np_alpha@np.edu.sg.
