1. What is the tuition fee for study in a diploma course?
For Singaporeans, the tuition fee is S$2,100 per annum.and for Permanent Residents, the tuition fee is S$2,310* per annum. For international students, the tuition fee is S$3,150 * per annum. International students also need to pay about S$45.00 for hospitalisation and surgical insurance. The tuition fee is payable in 2 semesters per annum. There is also a miscellaneous fee of about S$120.00 to S$150.00 per annum for all students.
* (For Permanent Residents and international students, these are the tuition fee amounts after a tuition fee subsidy from the Singapore government. Students need to work in Singapore for 3 years upon graduation)

3. Are financial assistance schemes available to international students?
In general, international students can apply for tuition fee loans and most scholarships and bursaries. Competition for these scholarships and bursaries is keen and students are advised to ensure that they are financially independent throughout their course of study. Applications are usually open in April when the academic term starts.
