ASKnLearn Pte Ltd
Started as a joint venture partnership with Ngee Ann Polytechnic, ASKnLearn has become one of the leading e-learning providers in Singapore. It provides a wide range of e-learning content, solutions and services to over 120 institutions in Singapore, China, Thailand, Philippines, Japan, Brunei, Vietnam and Kuwait. The company had won various awards - Singapore’s Best Education Value Learning Object 2003, Red Herring Asia 100 Finalist in 2005 and 2006. To-date, it is fully owned by Educomp Solutions Limited, a public listed company in India.

Cresita Pte Ltd
Cresita was established through a partnership with a group of INSEAD MBA Alumni and professionals to provide business management learning content to corporate clients. The company employs close-to-life simulation systems to enable trainees to practice what they have learned in class. It customized simulation systems and e-learning content to suit clients’ needs. Under the SEED funding scheme, the company has ventured into overseas markets with its strong base in Shanghai, China.

Progeniq Pte Ltd Founders of this company were graduates from Ngee Ann Polytechnic and National University of Singapore. Leveraging on the reconfigurable computing technology developed within Ngee Ann Polytechnic, the team took part in the 5th Start-Up@Singapore Business Plan competition in 2004 with the objective to commercialise this technology. It won second place and the company was subsequently started. Ngee Ann Polytechnic, along with SPRING’s Entrepreneurial Talent development Fund Scheme, awarded them $80,000/- to seed their start-up efforts. To-date, the company has raised close to S$1 million to expand its business into the Asia Pacific region and the United States. |

Plenitum Care (S) Pte Ltd Plenitum Care was a joint venture partnership with Ngee Ann Polytechnic and three local companies, namely SPE Technology (S) Pte Ltd, SysEng (S) Pte Ltd and Mdesign Solutions Pte Ltd. It was incorporated in 2006 to commercialise the Smart BedTM system, developed by Ngee Ann Polytechnic. The Smart BedTM system minimizes the risk of patients who are prone to falling. It can detect and signal when a patient gets out of bed, thereby alerting for help in time to prevent falls. The Smart BedTM system enhances nursing care services and the quality of lives in hospitals, nursing homes, healthcare centres and private homes. Several hospitals have their beds installed with this system.

Greenova Technologies Pte Ltd Greenova Technologies, a joint venture partnership with Comlec Technologies, was formed to provide innovative solar applications to the marketplace. These products have a wide range of applications, such as standalone used; for real-time messaging; energy conversion for solar systems; control, monitoring and measurement of solar systems as well as automatic irrigation system for gardens, parks and others.

NPE Services (S) Pte Ltd NPE Services provides a one-stop consultancy service to local and overseas companies. It collaborates with key strategic partners to contribute to their technological and business capabilities. It also facilitates relevant technologies and knowledge transfer through research and development activities. It provides training and development to enhance skills, capabilities and productivity of the workforce of local and overseas companies.
