Leow Yi Ning (MBIO2011) has been awarded an A*STAR National Science Scholarship. She is the first polytechnic graduate to have been awarded this scholarship.
Mr Chang Yoon Ching has had 2 articles printed in the Malayan Orchid Review.
Congratulations to Dr. Penny Tan (BMS2005) who is currently practising at the Singapore General Hospital.
2011 MBIO graduates Leo Hao Ling and Ng Ding Shen have been awarded 3rd Prize in the Poster Competition held in conjunction with the 7th SALAS Conference.
Dr. Tuti Mariana Lim's paper on the synthesis of hexagonal-symmetry alpha-iron oxyhydroxide has been published in the journal CrysEngComm.
Four LSCT staff have been recognized for their contribution in assisting secondary school students to undertake project work.
Dr. Lau Quek Choon's research on the role of ITBG3 in the migration and invasion of colorectal cancer cells has been published in Molecular and Cell Proteomics.
Dr. Geng Anli and Xin Fengxue's paper on Ethanol production from horticultural waste has been accepted for publication in the journal Bioresource Technology.
